Today I have a couple of things planned: first, I’m off to Graduate Fashion Week – my friend Connie kindly donated her tickets to the exhibition and UCLan catwalk so I’m very excited but have n idea what to expect! The sun has finally appeared properly so so have my legs, hopefully I can get the beginnings of a tan!
I’ve gone so simple and summery today: my white body and my new skirt from tk maxx – the patron makes me feel happy as its so bright and cheerful. I don’t often shop and tk maxx, and was in fact searching for a cheap suitcase the day before my train to London, but managed to come out with this skirt. I was also tempted as my internship company is known for its unique pattern designs – so I’m trying to find lots of exciting patterns myself!
Later, I’m meeting my boyfriends friend Monika, who is kindly adopting me for the evening as she lives in London too – wish me luck!
Skirt: TK Maxx
This is the skirt I wore to the fashion show, teamed with a white body, bare legs and my denim jacket (and shorts underneath due to the wind!). I found this skirt in TK Maxx while searching for my suitcase to go to London with, instead I saw this skirt as I was abandoning all hope of the perfect four wheeled suitcase and instantly loved the print. It has so many different colours and can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion!
