So this post is a little cross between saying happy 2nd birthday to carryoncaroline.com, and a little “what I wore” post from the wedding, because, well – who doesn’t love to dress up?!
I am in love with this co-ord from ASOS! Saved at the last minute in the run up to the wedding when these came back in stock (and in my size) – I often keep a few tabs open “just to check” on certain items I definitely cannot live without (ahem). This is 100% one of those feel good outfits – I received so many compliments about it when I wore it to a wedding a few weeks ago. I love the detailing, the little beads sewn onto the jacket and shorts, and paired with these heels and simple top it speaks for itself! I do have to admit that for the wedding, I took my favourite white sandals for the evening (seen here) – a girl can only take so much in heels!
In other news – carryoncaroline has recently turned two years old! I tried to get a few little ‘celebration’ photos with some confetti (thanks Mum), but the wind was totally against us – as you can see below – one of the better attempts! Don’t see the confetti? It’s those little white blurry bits I’m laughing at as they didn’t quite reach me!
But all the same, I’m so happy that I’m still here writing in my little corner of the internet and that I’ve finally finally got my working schedule sussed so I can keep up with my posts and learn about this little blogosphere I’m part of.
