Well hello pretty little Summer dress! This dress is just one of those ones you can slip on and feel effortless in. It’s also called a ‘swing’ dress, which clearly meant I had to spin around and show you the swing of it (see above for evidence…).
I’ve never ordered from boohoo.com in the past as I’m always sceptical of any new clothing site (and pretty much anything that isn’t asos), so when Boohoo landed on asos I was first to search the brand and check out what I could find! First on my list was this dress – floaty, long sleeved (a big plus for me – my arms always get cold!), patterned, and all for just £15! Hello bargain!
These shoes were a little hard for me to get hold of, having traipsed round several Topshop’s (and online) to find them in stock, living in London finally came in handy when I nipped to the giant Oxford Circus store to claim them as my own, and aren’t they lovely? I’m still experimenting with the ties – can’t do them too tight as it’s not a good look, but too loose and they fall down when I start walking! I’ll keep you updated if I ever figure out the perfect tie!

Boohoo have had dresses with similar patterns to this before but with a bodycon style. I loved the pattern but not the style so seeing this has made me very happy (:
