A little bit of black | OOTD – Carry on Caroline

It seemed only right when in Copenhagen the weekend before last to take a wardrobe that matched: basic, minimal pieces in whites, greys and blacks. Here’s one of the three I took. I’ve been living in this Mango top since I discovered it while wandering past on Oxford Street a month or so ago, hello comfort (hiding all the food babies), and the pretty little peplum ruffles. I’m not usually one to go for such a floaty top, especially when it’s quite a thick, opaque material – but I put this one on and just feel like it’s just right. Who knows why. Also – I’m feeling the all black and white look at the moment, which means the nikes fit perfectly here – hallelujah.

Speaking of Copenhagen, I’ve got a few things to tell you about coming up in the next few posts, and I’m still working on Amsterdam and Iceland among other things. There’s plenty of content coming your way very soon. I’m so looking forward to this weekend to just take a little time out and get myself back in order after having such a busy month.
